FAQ

What days are picnics available?
We can only do picnics on weekends, since most members of our team work during the week. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not offering any weekday picnics this summer, only Saturdays and Sundays.
Our season runs from May through the end of September.

How many can I have in a group?
If you have 2 to 4 members of your party, you can book your own Small Group Picnic. If you have 5-10 members, please fill out the Medium Group Form, and we will reach out to you with details! If you have 11-20 guests, we offer the Vanderbilt package, which is a grazing style picnic perfect for large groups.
-
What if it rains?
If rain is in the forecast, we will be in touch with out throughout the week. If it is very likely to rain, we will notify you a few days ahed of time that we will not be doing picnics that weekend, and you can be refunded or rescheduled at additional charge. If there is a small chance of rain, you’re welcome to go through with the picnic, but if you would like to cancel or reschedule, we require a 72 hour notice.
-
What about kids?
It’s up to you. If your children are young enough where they will not need place settings, then you don’t need to include them in your booking / inquiry.
-
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, all packages include place settings, but only the Madison and Park include food. You’re welcome to bring whatever you like.
It is technically not legal to consume alcohol in Central Park, so bringing alcohol is at your own risk.

Can I speak to a live person?
Our managerial team is pretty small, and often very busy during the week, so we prefer to be contacted via email. If for some reason you feel the need to speak with us on the phone, fill out the contact form with some good times to call you and a member of our team will reach out when we are free.
